Pros

Coworkers were a good group of people. Those who actually touched an aircraft had high integrity. Decent pay, good benefits.

Cons

Managers had unreasonable demands when deadlines were near. Thinly veiled demands to get it out on time regardless of safety or legality.

Excellent product from a slightly backward corporate environment

Pros

VERY good end products. Best in the industry.

Cons

Difficult environment if your looking for "best in class" processes. Progress is slow when it comes to workplace technology. IT is very much like Dilberts "technology inhibitors". HR adds a lot of red tape to the hiring process. They somehow think that they know who you need better than you do as the hiring manager.

Chaotic and stressful, but the money is too good to leave.

Pros

Good money and good benefits.

Cons

Employees are often given a workload that is impossible to successfully complete. Constantly putting out fires is chaotic and stressful.
