Pros

Highly competitive pay and time off. In my experience, I was apart of some highly collaborative teams, which aided in my onboarding.

Cons

Not a con for myslef, but GAC is fast paced and it could be an adjustment for those not used to that type of environment.

Pros

You can make your career whatever you want it to be. There are plenty of positions to move to with available training to get those positions.

Cons

Your experience can vary depending on your direct leadership. Just remember, if you dislike your department, that you can first always discuss your goals with leadership and if you have a bad experience, ask for support to apply to new positions.
