Pros

People very willing to help out when you need help. Co-op program is very well structured and easily converts to a full time job if you're interested.

Cons

There have been 2 reductions in force (large scale layoffs) in the last year. Instead of immediately laying off people, the layoffs lasted over a month and the suspense was very bad for employee morale and productivity. They also let people go very abruptly. Some people found out they were laid off when they couldn't get into their buildings in the morning because their key card was deactivated and they had their stuff mailed to them.

Pros

3% raise every year no matter the quality of the work you do.

Cons

Untruthful leadership team. Every time we ask about lay-off, the answer is “for now there is no thoughts about lay-off”, then they proceed for a lay-off a week after. In May 2020, they fired so many good people that required the company to rehire people a few months after.
