Pros

State of the art product and continuous investment into service facilities. Customer first dynamics backed up by Field Airborne Support Team and Logistics are second to none.

Cons

Opportunities limited by an obvious good ol boy system that intertwines throughout including portions of management. Large scale personnel reductions every two or so years. Terrible morale and limited quality personnel resources available in local area. As in all large scale organizations, medical benefits are declining. Recently just stopped funding retirement plan and forced all into 401 plan. Introduced 3 new aircraft the last two years two of which have been challenged by logistics issues from third party supplier and the newest will be challenged the same issues as the G650. Good military veteran employee.
