Pros

Great work/life balance, management is unobtrusive. Yearly bonuses. Plenty of opportunities within company. Good starting vacation.

Cons

Workload can fluctuate & become intense, given our group size. No longer a remote work option. Difficult to climb the ladder. Company has yearly ups and downs.

Loved the ability to interact with the pinnacle of aviation. Walking into a hangar to work on a Gulfstream is always rewarding.

Time with the company was cut short due to a reduction in force.
