      There are no pros at this company.

      Cons

      Low salary. Insurance expensive. Only 6 holidays. Forced to add company banner on job search/networking site profile. No support. Lack of proper tools. No direction was provided, except for a general idea which was too broad in scope. Weekly reports requested when there was no work and no communication. Others were frequently late to meetings or missed them completely. Any company news was second-hand. Project scope constantly changing or scrapped, leading to unnecessary work.

      Very good company for a fresher. You get to learn lot many things. Employee work recognition, team outing.

      Salary revisions, HR management, No cab facility , No work from home facility.

      Nice Company , I had interview with , Interviewer was good , very smooth interview process , HR Pooja Pandey was also cooperative. Overall experience is nice.... good good culture
