If you are looking for a high energy and quick growth kind of environment, this is the place to be. I came here after spending over a decade in corporate world. What excited me was this is not a hit or miss opportunity. The founders have done this before and have a credible past. They know what they are doing. Besides, the technology is cutting edge and the product is at the helm of IAM and Info-Sec changes in the industry. I must admit that I was a little skeptic coming in but my fears were dispelled quickly. This is a good company to be with to enjoy quick growth.
Cons
Like other said, the work hours are all over the place but that's how high growth companies operate. There is no time to wait as there is very little margin for loosing to competition and being put out of business. You got to put yourself out there. If you are looking for 8 to 5 kind of routine, this is not the place.
