None ..... If you think you are a hero and can change anything and make everything and multiple other options and offers in hand always then try it. Only helpless people are staying over there , without on time salary forget about increment or appreciation , they don't even care you are part of their organization, with multiple competitors coming to market they have started feeling he heat and instead of consolidating their product and resources they have started minimizing their expenses as if they are going to close down at any point of time. I heard that this year they did not give any hike besides cost cutting on their facilities. So it up to you , And I warn don't fell prey to all false good reviews they have appointed a person to post all these good reviews and improve rankings , logically no body spend time in posting so many good things about their company.
