      Gurucul has an open door policy where one is encouraged to speak up to both supervisors and top management. The informal work culture keeps the team spirit up ensuring the end product is nothing but the best. The company's professional approach has resulted in much appreciation and accolades in the security domain. Great place to learn and grow!

      Cons

      We work under pressure and strict deadlines to delight our customers. People who are not used to this culture may find it difficult to cope.

      Pros

      I started my IT career at Gurucul and learning continuous till date. Hardly ever realized how and when I became a part of this wonderful family. In spite of being IIT passouts the seniors have been approachable and have hand held me all through. The trust that management has put on my work has helped groom me into a polished professional. Proud to be a part of Gurucul.

      Cons

      Infrastructure and facilities could be improved. We do see changes taking place gradually.

      Gurucul helps you identify your highest potential, you are pushed to your limits and its a WOW feeling when you see the results! Helpful people, management is open to new ideas, a place one call second home :)

      Cons

      Some people are not aware of the brand name, however with the way the company is growing people are sure to learn very soon!
