      Work and Time Flexibility is the best thing because they don't have organized plan and process to execute.

      Cons

      No process. No escalation matrix followed. Only one product and no client... Hiring people which they don't need.

      Gurucul has an open door policy where one is encouraged to speak up to both supervisors and top management. The informal work culture keeps the team spirit up ensuring the end product is nothing but the best. The company's professional approach has resulted in much appreciation and accolades in the security domain. Great place to learn and grow!

      Cons

      We work under pressure and strict deadlines to delight our customers. People who are not used to this culture may find it difficult to cope.
