Commission plan is a joke, promises made by ceo are never kept, customers are promised whatever they want to hear by senior management in order to close a deal, without a single intention to supply. Management”s mentality is that employees are worthless and disposable. Quotas for sales are intentionally unachievable, and on top of that, 30% of all commissionable sales are taken out for “hosting costs” with visibility into said costs. Employees are fired with zero explanation or severance, “benefits” cut off instantly, 2 week notice periods are not paid. All in all a vile place to work. By far the worst employer I have ever had the misfortune to work for. All negative reviews here are legitimate, the positive ones I would question the validity
