Pros
For being such a big company, they do a good job in treating their employees well. Generally speaking the personnel at corporate as well as branches are friendly and approachable. The owners of the company are extremely kind, caring and surprisingly genuine--was never afraid to spark up a conversation with them.
Cons
Benefits aren't the greatest but would say fairly average in today's economy. Values of the company are outlined well, however they seemed to rarely ever be enforced. I never felt empowered or motivated to come to work or give it my best.
