Larson is such a great place to work! Everyone throughout the entire footprint has so much passion and is always willing to help. Our customers are truly at the center of everything we do and it shows. The strategic management system EOS is well entrenched and works very well to disseminate the goals and strategies to all areas of the enterprise. We are growing rapidly and employees and customers alike get to benefit from that. It is a really special place to work!

Cons

Getting hired is tough, the process is long but it makes sense when you meet the team of people that work here. They are a really special bunch and it takes a lot to live up to the core values.
