Great managers who take an interest to grow their employees. Excellent culture and I built some good relationships. Only reason I moved was because I wanted to try a different role on the underwriting side.

Cons

Pay was average slightly low. But the culture and experience made up for this... Money isn't everything!

- Non Structural Management Style - Super Bad Leadership - Illiterate Management, little knowledge of leading staff & financial understanding of the Business - Inconsistency - Limiting growth - Lazy bunch - Under-qualified workers - No-one actually applied for the position they are hired for - Meritocracy at its highest peak - Everyone is more concerned about playing it safe because there is alot of unpredictability - CEO bribes and blackmails staff to support him, so that he could remain the CEO
