Disclosing of salary actually breaks the PDPA law - not an inclusive company. If employee skin is not yellow, they may not be asked out to join team lunches or dinners. - mANAgers may shout at subordinates if they ask questions and then gossip abt this to the clique in the team to fit in - no training provided. Training provided to u only if they like you - help not provided when asked. Instead it gets deflected and pushes until its too late to help - it is acceptable and normalised for mANAgers to pass on the accounts they dont want to work on to subordinates because they dont like to work -company expects employees to pay for expenses to annual retreat
