- The company offers reasonable salaries - The company is highly organised, departments are largely autonomous and there are procedures in place to communicate up and down the company hierarchy - There is a mix of team collaboration and independent work - Personal development and training is always encouraged

Cons

- The type of company and atmosphere where you have to enjoy and embrace the corporate culture. - IT systems and programs are not consistent throughout the company. When technical issues arise this often causes a lot of disruption in peoples work and their ability to serve clients.

GC is a great place to work with many experienced and knowledgable people. There are many different areas within the company to ove through and grow.

Cons

Salary is not competitive with the current rates currently out there. Communication has been lacking but it has been addressed and the company is trying to work on that.

Vice presidents knew their jobs well and were communicating with employees in a good way. Most of the employees knew what they were doing.

Cons

There was not much relationship between employees. Everyone were doing their jobs and were not communicating much in order to create a better environment.
