      Pros

      The job definitely gives you a lot of responsibility. Working in teams also gives you a chance work with all different kinds of people within the company.

      Cons

      Although given a lot of responsibility, this comes with unrealistic expectations coupled with old fashioned and out dated technology in an industry that is unwilling to change and adapt to the changing norms.

      Pros

      The employee benefits are good. Once they know that you are capable of doing your job you are mostly left alone.

      Cons

      Old legacy systems that can’t seem to get rid of despite many attempts because the upgrades are all connected. Little recognition or pay raises.

      Pros

      Great industry to be a part of. Innovative work and smart hard working peers working here.

      Cons

      New CEO, seems very business oriented which in a sense can be good, but doesn't seem to value people as people. Decisions are made very corporate like and I felt like a line item to the business instead of like a person. I did not feel that way with my direct supervisor, or team, however in the eyes of the company I do not feel individuals are valued.
