Pros

I am honestly so happy here as a employee. I love my role and have fantastic autonomy over what I do. I have been here for three years now and have progressed across three different roles, there is always a new challenge and chance to make an impact. The support I receive from my team is amazing along with the benefits and flexibility. I honestly can not see myself jumping ship anytime soon!

Cons

There can sometimes be a lots of change but I feel that's part of working within a high-growth company!
