It's been really amazing to come into a business that genuinely cares about its staff and wants to make everyone feel a part of the Gymshark Family. I've never worked anywhere like this before. Everyone gets their head down and works hard for the business, but we get major rewards and recognition for this too. We recently had a Gymshark Summer Party which was amazing, and we have the Lifting Club which is an absolutely unbelievable facility. These are major motivating factors in making you want to do well and succeed at Gymshark.
My team have been brilliant and I'm learning so much from them. They're very supportive and patient, but also put their trust in you which means you're more confident to take big steps and throw yourself into situations. There's a lot of extremely talented people here and it's easy to see how Gymshark has grown the way it has.
There's no sense of hierarchy here, you feel comfortable to go and speak to anyone in the business.
I genuinely feel inspired working here and want to achieve the best I can for the business. We are majorly encouraged to be the best version of ourselves here. I feel so lucky to be a part of this place!
