      Pros

      Cool brand, passionate employees, great facilities and 50% discount on clothing.

      Cons

      Not shiny under the hood; some really poor in experienced leaders, values are generally not lived by, ambiguous and chaotic environment, bias promotions, lots of grievances and leavers. Location can be a blocker. Consistent, equitable reward and recognition can be career damaging as they get this very wrong, so if you value this think twice. You’re either in or out of the circle. If serious about your career then think carefully about this company. If you like crazy and you’re are a risk taker then it may suit you.
