Pros

- Clothes were amazing - The physical store was one of the best on Regents Street, some amazing features for the team and customers. - Everything was new and exciting near the beginning of GS’s retail journey, lots of new processes needed building out. - Original senior management were very people focused, supporting development and opportunities, interested in the person. - Great opportunities to travel and expand my skills. I’ve worked alongside some great managers and picked up so much knowledge! - I had some great progression until it suddenly just stopped. - 2023 to Summer 2024 were great.

Cons

- Once the new retail director started, the culture slowly turned. Keeps talking of a ‘blank script’ for the retail plan and this turns out to exclude everyone that worked for retail previous to their arrival. Insane turnover of leadership headcount since that point. - Senior retail leadership no longer invest time into people or development. Opportunities that once existed are cut off. Roles that were recently created were removed. The store opened with some great leaders and experience, but that great talent has been made/forced to leave or been mistreated enough to then choose to leave.
