Cons
Gymshark is a toxic place to work. I didn't quite realise the extent I had withdrawn myself and my personality from work until I had left. It's cliquey, competitive, superficial and full of employees who are very entitled (especially considering actually how good the benefits are). Longer serving employers are treated more favourably and they can be rude, intimidating and dismissive, which is having such an impact on the culture. In my time at Gymshark I feel I was never fully accepted and enabled to do my job to the best of my ability as I was constantly coming up against resistance. Its disorganised, chaotic and lacks direction - huge improvements are needed before I would look to work here.
