No lunch allowance in London, unfortunately, which feels slightly unbalanced.

As we have a onsite catering facility on site at HQ it is easier for us to provide a varied menu for Teams in Solihul where there is little other option nearby. Your comment is noted and hopefully the unlimited free snacks and drinks provided in London go someway to help.
