Compared to other BPOs, the work is more chill. We rarely have to go overtime.

Pros

The basic salary is also good and they are not stingy on pay raise as long as you deliver. We're like family here, the people are friendly even those from different teams or departments.

Cons

One thing they can improve to make their employees happier is to provide free shuttle service because queues for jeepneys going in and out of Clark can be quite long.
