I have enough independence to feel empowered and enough oversight to keep me grounded and stay focused on the bigger picture for the company. For me, that fosters creativity and makes me feel invested and interested in my work.

Cons

IT is too focused on keeping IT expenses far below average for a company of this size, rather than how IT investments and business partnerships can benefit the company at large.
