      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good. The culture is very modern and management is diverse. The current CEO is working hard to grow H.B. Fuller to the next level.

      Cons

      Advancement sometimes seems hindered. Director level positions and up are too often filled from external candidates. Need to promote from within.

      Mid-size Org. Mostly still staffed by long-term employees. Inter office and warehouse culture generally good. Decent Environmental outreach - campus is on a maintained nature reserve.

      Cons

      Beginning to show "modern managements" typical issues. Administrative failures passed onto non-administrative personnel across the board. Decreases in health and viability of company on the whole. Culture will change under the increased pressure and loss of veteran employees.
