Pros

Good benefits, interesting industry, challenging work, and flexible work hours. Also works within an integrated ERP software system which makes sourcing and learning independently a lot easier.

Cons

A lot of change in middle management. Without continuity existing employees are not mentored or vetted properly, which leads to frustration and dissatisfaction.
