Good people, good campus, love the nature preserve

Cons

Management of the lab side can be quick to assume things, makes really dumb decisions. ie: There's no room to put anything, but they tell you to keep the lab clean. We can't work and keep the lab clean at the same time!

Good benefits, good pay, overtime available but not required.

Cons

The importance of the customer is completely overlooked by the fact that the Customer Service team is stretched too thin to be able to service the customers.
