Pros

H.B. Fuller has a good work / life balance and a pleasant work culture. There is freedom to do what you want to do in order to get the job done. Being a global company there is plenty of opportunity to work with colleagues from other regions of the world and opportunity to travel.

Cons

H.B. Fuller is a lean company, so many employees are stretched thin with multiple responsibilities. Lack of resources for many of the groups or projects. It is a very business driven culture and not technology or innovation driven. Salaries tend to be not very competitive.

Management mindset is terrible when it comes to salespeople. They hire the worst of the worst to be Geographical Sales Managers.

You learn a little bit about dry-powder composition, how to test it etc. Decent pay.

Cons

Very repetitive, you work wtih/ count on blue collar workers which in itself is challenging.
