      Growing company where everyone, including senior management, rolls up their sleeves and gets involved in day to day operations. You know you have the ability to make a difference everyday and there is ample opportunity to grow within the organization. There is a strong desire to promote from within.

      Cons

      Great trajectory means that sometimes we do more with less. Very busy for everyone.
