Good benefits, small plant has a connected-feel to it

Cons

Management is disgustingly unorganized; supervisors are not knowledgeable or driven to improvement. Operators are lax & do not make effort to improve areas. Old failing equipment with corporate investing in new areas of the plant neglecting the others.

Generally the people are great. Loved my coworkers.

Cons

They preach openly about ethics and treating each other fairly. Until it comes to issues with employees. Then it's all about protecting the company. They are just another big company who pretends to care about diversity and ethics.
