Pros

being a mixing operator you have the freedom to leave your designated area often. you potentially have a good amount of downtime daily.

Cons

It is incredibly dirty place to work with a lot of health hazards. The safest way to work is wearing a full or half mask ventilator at all times while sweating profusely at all times during the warmer months. Harsh chemicals in both powder and liquid form are used constantly and can vaporize while working due to temperature of batches made. You also never know if you are going to have a heavy workload or nothing to do weekly if not daily.

Pros

As a person who recently graduated school, this is a really good company to start your career at. They have a college graduate program where they do a good job of training you. They have great healthcare options to choose from and competitive salary/bonus structure. Also provide a company car/phone which is also nice.

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary. Old school company, complicated market. If you don't have experience in chemicals or manufacturing, then there will definitely be a learning curve.
