Good ideas in the company. Dedicated people with enthusiasm to get things done and to continuously improve on the job. Very open environment for new thoughts and ideas.

Cons

Too much short term oriented in goals and objectives. Target often not properly broken down from top to bottom, therefore not necessarily realistic.

Cons

Company was in a midst of some shifts that documentation organization could be better. A smaller company; therefore, sometimes difficult to get a hold of someone because many people travel.
