I have a flexible job supporting multiple sites mostly remotely (wfh). Decent pay and good benefits. Good company culture. Fun team of people to work for and there are frequent opportunities to try new things within and outside of your role. Well developed mentorship and young professionals program "Owner of a domain" vs cog in the machine. No judgement applying to positions in different parts of the company/shifting careers.

Cons

Slower rotation of promotion openings (due to longer tenures). No accelerated development/management development programs. Very entrepreneurial in the sense that there are many things to be figured out on your own. Training and onboarding is weaker than i've experienced at other places.

Health insurance is the best I’ve ever had…

Cons

I have never worked anywhere that was so awful in my life. Management lacked transparency and you felt very disconnected from corporate. Serious drug problem at the facility and witnessed an over dose/death my first month there. They go through plant managers and op managers like it’s candy… Nobody survives at this place and the company isn’t loyal. Business is making ridiculous money but barely offers any additional floor support.
