      Pros

      An interesting work environment being in a plant. A lot of possible future roles as well.

      Cons

      Employees who have been there 20 years suck all the oxygen out the room. I have never seen a team of employees with such experience. Take so much of the manager's time with basic questions from brand new employees. An environment that does not strive for excellence. Jealousy runs deep in the department. Some women get made if a different manager walks by & says hello to you & not them.

      Good pay. Good benefits. Your left alone to do your job.

      Cons

      Company and union bump heads. As an employee, you may feel like a parent is pulling you two different ways. Backbiting is tough at this location

      Good benefits, small plant has a connected-feel to it

      Cons

      Management is disgustingly unorganized; supervisors are not knowledgeable or driven to improvement. Operators are lax & do not make effort to improve areas. Old failing equipment with corporate investing in new areas of the plant neglecting the others.
