      Dishonest and Unprofessional

      Pros

      Use as a stepping stone to get chemical operator experience, then apply to other chemical companies with ethics .

      Cons

      Only advancement opportunities are available when the control freak plant managers fire half the employees. Raises are non existent. Training is slim to none . Safety is not a priority.
