      Great training and Perks - Management based on Tenure not skills

      Pros

      Had some of the best in class training, flexible hours and location, great people to work with and no heavy office politics. Benefits are above average and a push to make them even better each year.

      Cons

      Having a VP plead over the phone on the last day not to bad mouth the company when I never expressed this with others, bad last impression. Titles are based on tenure and not work completed or success for the company. Hiring is just based on bodies and not fit, leads to a lot of the wrong people in the wrong positions. Feedback loop was never there to improve for younger colleagues. Others will steal your work and say an intern did it to cover their tracks.

      Friendly, hard-working company. The company size allows you to move around during your career, but it still feels like a small company.

      Cons

      There was a hiring gap for many years, so there is few recent graduates, but the number is growing.
