Benefits are pretty good once you finally are eligible for them

Cons

Will eliminate your job to save money. They act like they care about employees but at the end of the day if they can save money you’re gone

Job is very easy and you get to be alone most of the day.

Cons

Pay is misleading and inconsistent. Wage is based on tips, which dispatchers control by selecting your routes.
