-Pay is great and the company promotes a lot/gives raises. -Great team and collaboration opportunities. -Growth opportunities within the company are phenomenal! -Free Padres tickets and more incentives. -Great HQ Office.

Cons

-Work-life balance: no weekends off in most properties. -Commission mainly based on seasonal trends (busier during the summer than winter, for example).

Over the top in your face culture. It’s just too much. It’s like a manufactured environment where they want to mold you into a perfect employee of their standards. If you like micromanagement then this is your place. If you want to be yourself, forget it. It’s not good enough. You have to play by their rules. Favoritism by upper management is consistent. The millennials here are wanting to make you look bad while they excel it seems. They just need to grow up! Everything sounds amazing at first, but really becomes overwhelming. Especially around Bonus time. Workload is a lot, especially accounting. In some ways it’s the easiest thing you have done and others they make it so complicated it’s crazy. There’s a strong force of upper management and if you don’t fit into their click, then forget it.

At the beginning it was great.

Cons

They modified my duties to cover for an employee that they fired. I started doing double duties and got hurt. They cut back my hours and modified my schedule in a way it was no longer convenient to continue working for them.
