-Pay is great and the company promotes a lot/gives raises. -Great team and collaboration opportunities. -Growth opportunities within the company are phenomenal! -Free Padres tickets and more incentives. -Great HQ Office.

Cons

-Work-life balance: no weekends off in most properties. -Commission mainly based on seasonal trends (busier during the summer than winter, for example).

Extremely in depth and engaging onboarding process, I felt as if the team was actually trying to see if I would be a good fit with the people, culture and mindset of the company. Max did a fantastic job at evaluating and finding me a good fit at a great property!
