Pros

Everything about H.O. Penn seems too good to be true, but it really is what they strive to achieve. Everyday I know my work is valued and that any advice, ideas or results are truly appreciated. Everyone works as a team and all align their values and goals to be the same.

Pros

This organization provides employees with a 40 hour work week and also allows autonomy. They provide good guidance and peers are very helpful. They use a few older (1980) software but nonetheless it was fun. Great place to work

Cons

The only downside I found was that my appointment was temporary as I went in to cover for an employee who was away (reason unknown to me)
