      H.O. Penn has a great culture that is fully supported by the company values and actively engages employees. The organization cares about their employees providing a variety of training, development, and opportunity! The leadership team is very in touch with the culture and each line of business they manage.

      Pros

      The is a great company to work for.They make you feel extremely valued and not forgotten about .The pay I believe is above average. There is Flexibility with family events. Very organized, company procedures for everything. Willing to teach you and encourages you to grow with the company.

      Cons

      Hourly employees don't get a paid lunch break. You lose 5 hours at the end of every week. Most places pay you for at least half of your break.
