Good work environment! Small company! Everyone treats you like family!

Cons

Not enough pay!!!! Can’t support your family by working here! Huge turnover rate due to pay!!! Not enough workers, so you are always over worked and under paid. You never know what time you will get off work. There’s no set hours.

Pay is decent. More than what most companies pay but could be better. Free car and phone provided as well as gas card. If you get your job done then management doesn’t bother you. Only have to work half a day on Fridays.

Cons

Technology and app could run smoother. the more you do the more they expect constantly. A ton of paperwork and deadlines while on the road all the time.
