Close-knit family type atmosphere. Employees been there a long time.

Cons

Employees not appreciated. All warehouses do not offer the same perks to employees such as beach trips, employee of the year awards, money on birthdays, etc. This creates friction between warehouses.

Pros

Very little to speak of. Moderate insurance benefits. Did not have to work on weekends. Got paid every week. I had a good boss.

Cons

Never received a raise during time with company. Hackney owned our company and they would come into my customers and take them from me. I was not allowed to do the same. Very unethical company. My biggest competitor was the company I worked for. How sad is that?
