decent pay i guess but people coming in the door get s bonuses and incentives the people that worked there for a while still at low end pay.

Poor Management is making it bad place to work. its sad. the owners dont know because they cover it up when they come to visit

The people that you work with make a big difference and there everyone is nice and helpful

Cons

The pay is the lowest in the county and it shows, all the good people leave to much higher paying jobs doing less work than what they were before.
