No respect for the workers who have worked their for their retirement then firing them right before they can retire and end up trying to replace them with countless people promise to give raises but only to the people who worship them

Cons

Poor management at times. Lazy workers aren’t punished or given warnings, unproductive workers never get fired, and too much is expected from the people who truly work hard.
