Pretty much run your route however best fit for you.

Cons

Managment is probably the worst I have ever had, you ask a manager a question and they try and pass you along to another person. Also they talk to you like you are an idiot.

Mostly independent work. Company car, some flexibility. Salary

Cons

Lots of driving. Company should look at routes and could save money on relocating where sales staff are driving and calling on accounts.
