Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of good people to work with, and a fair amount of independence among the office staff. Warehouse is a little different, but I worked in Operations and it was great. I developed some long lasting professional relationships. The CEO Bill Samson is a man of values, and he believes in his company, theres something to be said for that.
Cons
Pay scales are low but they make up for it in other areas such as job security. If you do like you're supposed to and work hard they do offer advancement opportunities. Each site is slightly different, but at Johnson City we were like a family.
