Pretty laid back. Coworkers were very friendly.

Cons

Started out pulling orders for 8 hrs. Then move to 4 10s. Stocking everything until 1 pm, then pulled orders until finished. May not seem unreasonable, but doing 3times the work with no raise in pay.

Provide transportation most of people were great to work for. You could get time off fairly easily. Family owned business

Cons

Wages from the 1980's. No chance at promotion or raises. No communications !!! Had to travel 5k to 6k a month !!! No control of schedule to many people telling you what to do lack of communication between people. Sad that this company is ran this way. Lost a lot of business and don't see a chance for them getting anymore with their business development team that they have in place.

The employees who have stuck it out and been around a while, know the job and train well.

Cons

Most underpaying company to work for in the area. Unless you like kissing butt don't expect much in return. It's the only way you get ahead under this General Manager.
