      Pros

      Very little to speak of. Moderate insurance benefits. Did not have to work on weekends. Got paid every week. I had a good boss.

      Cons

      Never received a raise during time with company. Hackney owned our company and they would come into my customers and take them from me. I was not allowed to do the same. Very unethical company. My biggest competitor was the company I worked for. How sad is that?

      Very disappointing and very poorly managed. Run away from this company!!!!

      Pros

      Some of the people were great to work with and the work environment had some potential.

      Cons

      Poor new management who has taken over recently. They have instituted too many policies too fast and done it in a style that has engendered too many bad feelings . And also created a morale problem amongst a lot of the employees. Thereby creating a turnover problem that will never be solved until you fix that and the pay scale. Wages being paid there are from the 1980s, and the benefits are not affordable for the employees who work there. No real incentives in place to keep a working crew for more than a year.
